Metamorphic Technique – Metamorphosis
The Metamorphic Technique is a gentle form of foot and hand (and head) massage. It uses the concept that the massage helps the individual's own innate inner intelligence to free deep blocks in their body's energy pattern showing in their life and health. It focuses on reflexology meridians in the feet and hands, which correspond to the spinal column and in turn to the incarnation, gestation and birth of the individual.
Originally, it was devised by the British naturopath Robert St. John in the 1960s. It was further developed by his student Gaston Saint-Pierre in the 1970s who coined the term Metamorphic Technique
After a session, people often feel energized or relaxed or both, more confident or are able to release old habits or can gradually let go old hurtful experiences.
It is entirely up to each person to determine the number and frequency of sessions received. Some people are happy to have just one session, while others have sessions every so often or when they feel the need.
The Metamorphic Technique is suitable for everyone in every life situation.
